About us
Southern Development Consultants is operated by Phil Farminer to provide independent land, planning and development services to a range of clients.

With close to 30 years’ experience in residential-led development and 'partnership housing', Phil has held senior roles within PLC and privately owned businesses, including Managing Director of Countryside Partnerships Southern, Land and Development Director of Galliford Try Partnerships and Board Director of Drew Smith.

Combining strong values of honesty and integrity with an energetic and professional approach, Phil will manage each project personally to ensure that client objectives are realised, and every opportunity is optimised.
